Videographer & Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content across formats including product storytelling, executive thought leadership, and social media
• Own audio quality including recording, mixing, and editing to a high standard
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual and editorial voice across all video output
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling narratives
• Help define media storytelling strategy and build scalable systems for content production
• Source, brief, and manage external vendors and freelancers
• Collaborate with global teammates to produce and coordinate content remotely
• Manage and organize archived photographs and videos

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in videography or video production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality storytelling and taste
• Expert-level editing skills with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• High standard for audio recording and mixing
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience managing vendors or external creative crews
• Adaptability with AI-powered production tools
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech, B2B, or startup environments
• Familiarity with live streaming or event production
• Experience building content systems across distributed teams
• English proficiency sufficient for editing English-language content and international communication
