Videographer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit social-first content for platforms including Reels, TikTok, and short-form video formats
• Capture elevated content for collection launches, product storytelling, and styling-driven moments
• Shoot using both professional camera systems and iPhone, ensuring high-quality framing and movement
• Set up and manage lighting for studio and on-location shoots to maintain brand aesthetic
• Direct models and talent on set in collaboration with Content Managers, Stylists, and Producers
• Collaborate with in-house editors by communicating creative direction, pacing, and post-production notes
• Edit content independently to support fast-paced, high-volume production workflows
• Stay ahead of fashion, social, and cultural trends to maintain brand leadership in digital storytelling

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in videography and social content creation, ideally in fashion, retail, or eCommerce
• Proven ability to both shoot and edit social content across various platforms
• Strong proficiency with iPhone and professional camera equipment
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and directing talent
• Working knowledge of video editing workflows and best practices for Instagram and TikTok
• High cultural awareness with a strong pulse on fashion trends and internet culture
• Must submit a portfolio including social-first video examples (Reels, TikToks) and examples of content you personally shot and edited
