Videographer

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume short-form video capture for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu
• Design and execute lighting setups for field, studio, and automotive environments
• Support flagship product and brand shoots as a second-camera videographer and lighting operator
• Capture ongoing documentation of robotics products, vehicles, and lifestyle scenarios
• Capture executive IP, livestream clips, and KOL/KOC partner content
• Deliver organized, tagged assets optimized for AI-assisted editing and multi-platform distribution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Cinematography, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in short-form video or social content production
• Advanced knowledge of cinema mirrorless systems (Sony FX series, Canon R series, etc.) and professional mobile capture
• Hands-on expertise in professional lighting design and color temperature management
• Proficiency with gimbal-stabilized rigs (DJI RS-series) and vertical-native framing
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted video production tools (CapCut, Runway, HeyGen)
• Fluency in English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal portfolio demonstrating platform performance or audience growth
• Experience in automotive, EV, robotics, or consumer electronics sectors
• Experience supporting product demo films or brand commercials
• Experience with livestream commerce or influencer-collaboration campaigns
• Familiarity with FPV drones and action camera techniques
