About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor the smooth running of games (table games and slot machines)
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures
- Analyze and interpret recorded scenes
- Arbitrate disputes by referring to recordings
- Monitor all casino access areas to prevent threats to the security of property and people
Requirements
- Previous experience in video surveillance, ideally within a gaming establishment
- Ability to evaluate situations and react appropriately
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous nature
- Strong computer skills and writing abilities
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- CQP or professional title of Opérateur Vidéoprotection
