Video Surveillance Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure video surveillance of all casino areas
• Monitor gaming operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Detect suspicious behavior, incidents, or anomalies and inform relevant services
• Write reports and notifications in case of specific events
• Maintain constant surveillance of gaming activities and flows within the establishment
• Ensure the proper functioning of video surveillance equipment
• Strictly apply gaming regulations and internal security procedures

Requirements

• Rigorous and attentive with strong observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and maintain discretion
• Experience in video surveillance or security is appreciated
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Mandatory ministerial approval or ability to obtain it
