Video Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational workforce, including task allocation, priority setting, and shift-based planning.
• Monitor operator efficiency, quality of execution, and adherence to production standards.
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes to ensure real-time defect detection and lean production.
• Coordinate equipment availability, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting for live setups.
• Conduct regular floor walks to assess workstation performance, ergonomics, and team dynamics.
• Organize training sessions to align operator skills with evolving production requirements.
• Document and update production procedures, technical specifications, and daily reports.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and escalate technical or quality issues via Jira.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision, logistics, or workforce management.
• Proven expertise in coordinating shift-based teams and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with audiovisual digitization workflows and post-production processes.
• Experience managing multicultural and multilingual teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (medium level) and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to apply health and safety standards and assess workstation ergonomics.
