Responsibilities

• Identify and develop compelling stories across providers, families, employees, and partners
• Turn complex topics into clear, memorable, and emotionally engaging narratives
• Build a repeatable process for sourcing, developing, and producing stories at scale
• Own short-form video strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop concepts, scripts, interview formats, and recurring content series
• Produce customer stories, founder stories, provider spotlights, documentaries, and educational content
• Conduct interviews and capture footage in the field
• Shape narratives from raw footage into compelling long-form stories

Requirements

• Proven track record of building audiences through storytelling
• Deep expertise across both short-form and long-form video production
• Ability to direct interviews, coach talent, and work closely with editors
• Strong instincts for pacing, editing, framing, hooks, and storytelling
• Willingness to travel and perform field work to capture content
• High standards for creative excellence and emotional connection
