Video Specialist

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot video and system playback issues and propose short and long-term solutions
• Respond quickly and decisively to technical issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Identify trends in video and audio issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working with digital video
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean or Chinese
• Strong technical knowledge of digital video and audio issues
• Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX on a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically identifying and solving video playback issues
• Familiarity with subscription video content services and product offerings
