Video Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end editing process for short-form and mid-form marketing videos
• Design, animate, and integrate high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, and lower thirds
• Proactively pitch actionable video execution concepts to achieve marketing goals
• Partner with the Creative Director to refine scripts and storyboards
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
• Build, format, and export alternative video versions for multi-language markets
• Maintain, back up, and organize the brand's master digital media library and raw footage archives
• Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Tailor video aspect ratios and pacing for diverse channels including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a videographer, video editor, or multimedia producer
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating live-action editing, motion graphics, and clean typography
• Proven experience managing server-based asset libraries and digital asset management (DAM)
• Advanced project management and organizational skills
• Technical expertise in production mechanics, post-production software, and equipment management
