Responsibilities

• Define the creative vision and video strategy for BJAK Malaysia
• Identify trends, formats, and storytelling approaches relevant to Malaysian audiences
• Develop scalable production workflows, studio setups, and equipment standards
• Create playbooks and best practices to ensure consistency and quality
• Lead planning and execution of video and livestream campaigns
• Ensure high technical standards across filming, lighting, sound, graphics, and editing
• Provide live direction during livestreams to optimise engagement
• Lead and mentor the local video and production team
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and raise creative standards
• Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in video and livestream production
• Strong track record delivering high-quality video content at scale
• Experience leading or mentoring creative or production teams
• Solid technical knowledge of production equipment and editing tools
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment
