Video Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate all phases of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop video concepts and scripts
• Manage video production teams including videographers, editors, and freelancers
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and control project budgets and negotiate with vendors
• Review and approve video drafts to ensure quality standards
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of released videos to improve performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field
• 1 year of proven experience in video project management or similar
• Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
• Proficiency in video editing software and project management tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of marketing and video for sales concepts
• Good English communication skills
