Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Follow a fast-paced schedule of shooting luxury real estate across the greater Atlanta area
• Produce, edit, and deliver captivating video property tours tailored to showcase unique features
• Take ownership of the entire production process from conceptualization to post-production
• Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent
• Optimize video content for distribution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Manage equipment maintenance and preparation
• Collaborate with the national studios team to streamline asset management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate media
• Proficiency in operating DSLR/cinema cameras
• Expertise in sound, lighting, and grip equipment
• Proficiency in drone operation for aerial video and photo
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Experience producing high-quality content for luxury real estate audiences
• Deep understanding of social media platform trends and strategic content distribution
