About the Company

Lendable is a leading fintech unicorn on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We have rebuilt consumer finance products from scratch and are expanding rapidly across the UK and US markets.

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit video for paid (Meta, TikTok), organic, and lifecycle channels
• Produce brand videos, campaigns, founder content, and product films
• Manage on-set production including location, talent, kit, and scheduling
• Translate ideas into scalable video variations to support creative testing
• Iterate content based on performance data and platform learnings
• Use AI video and audio tools to extend output and reduce production costs
• Build and maintain in-house production templates and systems
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative, designers, growth, and lifecycle teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of video production experience for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house team
• End-to-end skills in concepting, shooting, directing talent, editing, and motion
• Proficiency in Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, and modern motion tools
• Strong intuition for platform-native video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels)
• Demonstrable use of AI video tools such as Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, or Topaz
• Experience managing on-set production and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creators, influencers, and UGC partners
• Experience in regulated industries like fintech, healthcare, or telco
• Lighting and audio experience for in-office and on-location shoots
• Experience setting up an in-house production studio or workflow from scratch
