Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full video production process, including pre-production planning, organization, and timelines
• Design, source, and build sets and props to create visually engaging environments for storytelling
• Collaborate with filmmakers, ministry staff, and production teams to align creative vision with ministry goals
• Lead scenic and prop planning, including conceptual development, budgeting, fabrication, and setup
• Project manage timelines and key milestones while proactively identifying and communicating risks
• Manage volunteers, contractors, and administrative needs such as purchase orders and invoices
• Develop and document best practices for video production and set design to ensure consistency and safety

Requirements

• 2+ years of production or scenic design experience (set design, prop creation, or environmental design)
• Strong ability to design, build, and dress sets that translate effectively on camera
• Working knowledge of video production workflows and studio best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday Work Management
• Knowledge of ProPresenter or Planning Center is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent project management abilities
