Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end video productions for the Talent Development team, including concept development, filming, editing, and animation.
• Translate technical briefs and training materials into engaging scripts that prioritize learner retention.
• Proactively implement Generative AI tools, such as AI voiceovers and automated transcription, to maximize production efficiency.
• Direct and execute videography both in-studio and on location.
• Provide light coaching to subject matter experts (SMEs) to help them feel comfortable and effective on camera.
• Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files on a shared NAS.
• Monitor and report on content engagement and KPIs via a monthly dashboard.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional video production experience, including storyboarding, audio capture, lighting, and camera operation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Blackmagic camera systems.
• Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and interviewing abilities.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in educational or instructional storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in an agency or an in-house tech environment.
• Experience managing on-set video shoots and coordinating with crews and talent.
• Strong understanding of color theory and color grading.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles or educational content design.
