Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, including hiring crews, sourcing talent, and managing sets and locations.
• Guide the post-production process, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Optimize video assets for various platforms such as social media, web, and in-app content.
• Maintain brand standards, adhere to deadlines, and manage production budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of professional production equipment.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
