Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and deliver captivating video property tours for luxury real estate listings
• Manage the entire production process from conceptualization to post-production
• Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent during filming
• Optimize video content for distribution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Craft social-forward content to elevate the personal brands of real estate agents
• Manage, maintain, and prepare production equipment
• Collaborate with the national studios team to streamline asset management
• Gather video performance data to analyze content effectiveness

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate media
• Proficiency in operating DSLR/cinema cameras, sound, lighting, and grip equipment
• Proficiency in drone operation for aerial video and photo
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience producing high-quality content for luxury audiences
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
