Video & Podcast Producer

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy ecosystem of podcast and video content across various platforms
• Collaborate with the content team and oversee post-production projects through delivery
• Liaise with stakeholders, Marketing Managers, and suppliers as required
• Manage vendors to deliver multimedia projects on time and within budget
• Serve as a subject matter expert on podcast production, covering technical and administrative tasks
• Evaluate emerging AI tools to improve production efficiency
• Support speaker scheduling and project workflow management
• Manage audio and video recordings for pre-recorded content
• Generate transcripts and compile editing scripts for post-production
• Oversee video post-production and review processes with compliance teams to ensure legal adherence
• Manage uploads to hosting platforms including Apple, Spotify, Megaphone, YouTube, and Brightcove
• Track and report video performance analytics to the Multimedia Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and production of still and moving images
• Proven knowledge of podcast and video content production
• Experience with multi-language outputs (webcasts, animations, thought leadership content)
• Ability to manage multiple small to medium scale projects simultaneously
• Strong relationship building skills with senior management and clients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content within the financial services industry
• Strong network of contacts in relevant markets
