Video Operator SSIAP 1

Responsibilities

• Monitor various resort zones via video screens to identify significant events
• Arbitrate disputes reported through surveillance
• Search for information using recorded imagery
• Trigger appropriate tools or actions based on event types
• Alert management regarding procedural malfunctions
• Ensure transmission of instructions between agents and service managers
• Report equipment failures to competent interlocutors
• Monitor casino access points to prevent threats to people and property

Requirements

• SSIAP 1 certification required
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage stress
• Autonomous with good visual memory
• Comfortable with mental arithmetic
• Precise with strong observation skills
• Ability to write incident reports
• Experience with table games is a plus
