Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a videographer and video producer to ensure creative and technical excellence
• Set visual direction for video projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Direct in-house productions including social videos, commercials, and festive campaigns
• Act as Director of Photography (DOP) when needed, handling camera, lighting, and framing
• Translate ideas into shot lists, storyboards, and production plans
• Manage timelines, logistics, resources, and equipment
• Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound, and pacing
• Experiment with new cinematic techniques and storytelling formats to keep content fresh
• Optimize production budgets and maintain video equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in video production with a diverse showreel
• Strong leadership experience guiding production teams
• Expertise as a director, cinematographer, and visual storyteller
• Deep knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and on-set workflows
• Solid understanding of composition, movement, color, sound, and pacing
• Experience in post-production (editing, color grading, sound, motion)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
