- Knowledge of VCS-C, VCS-E, TMS, MSE, Conductor, MCUs, CTMS, and ISDN gateways
- SIP troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of CUCM/VCS traces and packet captures
- Familiarity with Cisco Telepresence and Cisco Jabber
