Responsibilities

• Identify emerging social trends and translate abstract ideas into visually compelling motion designs
• Ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality stories tailored to specific social platforms
• Manage multiple priorities and quick turnaround times to capture real-time trending moments
• Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive creative output and effective final products
• Confidently defend design choices and creative rationale to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Use AI tools to supercharge the creative process and generate rapid design variations
• Create a wide range of content including photography, videography, and platform-specific design assets

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in an agency, studio, or comparable environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form content, design, and motion
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign)
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok features, creator tools (like CapCut), and social culture
• Strong sense of color, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
