Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Own the full post-production lifecycle, including organizing footage, cutting for impact, and managing final exports.
• Produce multi-format content ranging from short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X) to long-form YouTube content.
• Edit raw footage into compelling narratives that showcase research demos, technical breakthroughs, and company culture.
• Collaborate with the Video, Machine Learning, and Product Operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Iterate quickly on video assets based on community engagement and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing or post-production experience, preferably in a startup or creative agency.
• A world-class portfolio or reel demonstrating mastery over pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blender or advanced motion design to polish technical demos.
• A genuine interest in robotics, AI, or hard-tech hardware.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific visual languages for X, TikTok, and YouTube.
