Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Produce multiple long-form internal video projects per month, owning the end-to-end process from raw footage to final publish-ready assets.
• Optimize video content for clarity, engagement, and storytelling across various formats including sales enablement, product launches, and recruiting content.
• Build and maintain editing SOPs and templates to create repeatable processes for a scaling media team.
• Quality control vendor and contractor edits to ensure all output meets brand standards.
• Report on video performance metrics to inform future content decisions and iterations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio in storytelling and visual craft.
• Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design.
• Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and basic animation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to take direction from non-video stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content.
• Curiosity regarding AI-driven tools, automation, and new media workflows.
