Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and social platforms
• Edit unedited footage, animations, and special effects into coherent, engaging videos
• Perform color grading, retouching, masking, and compositing to improve visual impact
• Develop storyboards and animatics to plan scene order and motion
• Conduct extensive quality control checks to ensure all assets meet client criteria
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and animators to meet project goals
• Manage multiple tasks, project schedules, and asset taxonomy
• Mentor junior editors and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Experience with Adobe Animate CC, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of Figma and Google Web Designer
• Strong understanding of motion design techniques like kinetic typography and parallax scrolling
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
