Video Editor & Motion Graphics

Responsibilities

• Lead the editing and motion graphics execution for long-form and short-form video content across digital and social platforms
• Own projects end-to-end from understanding briefs to final delivery
• Apply advanced editing, motion graphics, transitions, and storytelling techniques
• Set creative benchmarks and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Review, guide, and provide constructive feedback to junior editors and motion graphic artists
• Collaborate with production, content, and marketing teams to align output with business goals
• Manage timelines and prioritize tasks for high-quality output with quick turnarounds

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at an advanced level
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setup
• Ability to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• A solid portfolio showcasing editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills
