Responsibilities

• Drive growth and performance of social channels by crafting, editing, and optimizing short-form video content
• Repurpose short-form content for different platforms
• Turn long-form content into high-performing, revenue-generating social clips for Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat
• Establish a repeatable content engine to feed social growth and monetization goals
• Maintain FlightStory’s distinctive storytelling style across all edits

Requirements

• Expertise in short-form social video editing and storytelling
• Deep understanding of pacing, structure, and emotion in video
• Strong grasp of platform algorithms and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, Facebook, and Snapchat
• Ability to analyze performance data and adapt editing strategies based on results
• Ability to produce several edits per day
• Experience editing content for high-growth channels
