Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver weekly podcast episodes at the highest standard, crafting narratives that drive strong retention and emotional impact
• Cut with precision using 9–13 multicam angles and multiple audio channels
• Collaborate closely with senior creatives, adapting quickly to feedback and evolving creative direction
• Contribute to pre-production outlines and packaging to ensure alignment between recording and post
• Conduct competitor and trend research to stay ahead of long-form YouTube standards
• Maintain project files and workflows that are seamless, scalable, and production-ready

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years professional editing experience
• Portfolio of long-form multicam edits (podcasts, interviews, documentaries)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Deep instinct for pacing, rhythm, and story structure in long-form content
• Understanding of retention curves and editing choices that maximize watch-time
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
