Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Craft compelling narratives that align with brand and messaging goals
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and graphic designers to ensure project objectives are met
• Utilize advanced editing techniques, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
• Adapt and optimize video content for various platforms and formats
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve final video products

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of color grading and audio editing
• Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics software
• Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred
