Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS
• Craft visually engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance impact
• Work closely with Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life
• Stay ahead of social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats
• Maintain organized project files and ensure outputs are optimized for platform specifications

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in short-form video editing or social media content production
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
• A showreel or portfolio of short-form social content is required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
