Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to create entertaining, high-retention content
• Adjust edits based on feedback from Lead Editors or retention specialists to meet retention standards
• Collaborate with other editors to share skills and improve proficiency
• Implement creative choices including animation structure, music selection, and visual/audio support

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Strong accountability and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Passion for video editing with a demonstrated background of work
• Ability to quickly learn and apply video strategy to maximize efficiency
• Desire to constantly improve and adapt understanding of high-quality content
