Video Creator

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ideas, concepts, and video formats
• Write scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs
• Create videos using AI tools (Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield) and real-world camera/smartphone shoots
• Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, and performance marketing campaigns
• Create motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
• Research trends, memes, and cultural moments
• Plan shoots, arrange props, and coordinate talent

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, filmmaking, or video editing
• Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
• Experience with AI video generation tools (Google Flow, Gemini, Higgsfield)
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and sound
• Basic camera knowledge (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, framing, lighting)
• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics skills
• Experience creating viral social content
• Experience with Runway, Midjourney, or similar AI platforms
• Strong creator mindset and passion projects
