Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video content production including concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish
• Create content across formats such as brand storytelling, creator spotlights, and case studies
• Develop hooks and narratives that drive engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X
• Act as creative director on shoots, directing talent and managing creative vision
• Collaborate with the creator and marketer network to represent the Agentio brand
• Build and iterate on a high-velocity content calendar
• Partner with leadership on social strategy to position Agentio as a category leader

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience creating video-first, social-native content
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling hooks
• Proficiency in editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Deep understanding of short-form and long-form video for IG Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Strong creative direction skills for managing shoots and on-camera talent
• Ability to travel for production

• Deep engagement with and knowledge of the creator economy
