Video Artist

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality in-game footage using Unreal Engine 5 or other game engines
• Set up scenes, lighting, and camera compositions within the engine to achieve cinematic results
• Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure visual consistency and storytelling alignment
• Edit captured footage into compelling trailers, teasers, and short-form content for multiple platforms
• Apply motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to video projects
• Optimize video content for various distribution channels including social media and YouTube
• Stay updated on the latest trends in game trailers and engine capture techniques

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software
• Strong understanding of Unreal Engine 5, including scene setup, lighting, and camera tools
• Proven ability to create cinematic compositions and storytelling through camera work
• Experience with video post-production, including color grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics
• Deep knowledge of video formats, codecs, and platform optimization
• Strong creative eye for pacing, mood, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with After Effects, Blender, or other 3D tools for advanced motion graphics
