About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts, scripts, and content angles for paid social and video advertising
- Produce content using traditional video production and AI-based generative tools
- Create ad-native content optimized for mobile-first consumption
- Edit and assemble high-performing creatives using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI tools
- Analyze performance data such as CTR and conversion rates to iterate on creatives
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to scale winning concepts
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in content creation, video production, or performance marketing
- Strong portfolio of performance-driven content (ads, UGC, social-first creatives)
- Experience in both hands-on video production and AI content creation
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
- Solid grasp of performance metrics like CTR and watch-through rate
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs
