About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing store routines and ensuring the shop is customer-ready
- Drive weekly campaigns and promote a strong sales attitude within the team
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team in line with JYSK leadership values
- Promote a "customer first" culture by recognizing customer needs and driving additional sales
- Lead by example by performing routine physical tasks and maintaining store standards
- Work towards the goal of becoming a Store Manager
