Vice Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train, and grow the store team in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Ensure weekly campaigns are executed and promote a strong sales attitude
• Drive a "customer first" culture by recognizing customer needs and ensuring additional sales
• Optimize store routines to ensure the shop is always ready for customers
• Lead by example by performing routine physical tasks and maintaining store standards
• Aim for career progression toward a Store Manager role
