Vice Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store routines and ensure the shop is customer-ready.
• Drive sales results by managing weekly campaigns and promoting a strong sales attitude within the team.
• Support the Store Manager in leading, communicating with, and training the store team.
• Promote a "customer first" culture by recognizing customer needs and driving additional sales.
• Lead by example through hands-on participation in routine physical store activities.
• Work towards future career progression into a Store Manager role.
