Vice Principal

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Principal to lead school-wide improvement and operational excellence
• Champion high standards in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing
• Support curriculum leadership, staff development, and performance improvement
• Use data and evidence to inform decisions and drive school improvement
• Help ensure compliance with ADEK policies and school procedures

Requirements

• Master’s degree and Teaching License
• Teaching Diploma and IELTS
• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership, or equivalent leadership qualification
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE or international school leadership experience
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Proven success in raising standards and improving student outcomes
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
