About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the national HSE strategy for Veriforce Canada
- Ensure integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of contractor safety, environmental, and risk management standards
- Lead regulatory alignment, technical governance, and audit supervision
- Manage industry relations and ensure HSE excellence supports business growth objectives
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Accreditation teams
Requirements
- Advanced level of English (written and oral) for interaction with international clients and partners
- Executive leadership experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Ability to manage regulatory compliance and technical governance
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required
