Vice President, Wealth Business Retail Multi-Channel

Responsibilities

• Lead and deepen strategic relationships with key wealth clients in Thailand, including private banks, retail banks, securities firms, and insurance partners.
• Develop and execute the Thailand sales and client engagement strategy to grow adoption of BlackRock investment solutions.
• Position BlackRock’s investment capabilities, including mutual funds, ETFs, model portfolios, and alternatives, against competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, client needs, and regulatory developments in the Thai wealth industry.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US to deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Drive commercial outcomes through proactive client coverage, strategic account planning, and effective pipeline management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
• Established professional network across Thailand’s wealth ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or CFA designation.
• Familiarity with Thailand wealth regulations and fund industry dynamics.
• Knowledge of sustainable investing and private markets.
