Vice President - Vertical CoE

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analytics, and reporting for the GTIS finance lead, focusing on accurate RTB Tech cost analysis and variance explanation.
• Develop and implement business unit financial strategies, plans, and budgets to evaluate the implications of strategic initiatives.
• Create financial models to forecast performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate financial risks.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to business unit stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements to streamline operations.
• Analyze and present complex financial data to identify trends and support executive decision-making.
• Manage and mitigate risks in support of the control and governance agenda.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning and analytics within a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to perform complex data analysis and interpret large datasets.
• Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management, including influencing and negotiating with leadership.
• Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant experience with strong accounting knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the banking model and its drivers of financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
• High level of problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within a multi-geographic, matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple critical requests from diverse stakeholders in short time frames.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
