Vice President, US Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the comprehensive U.S. marketing strategy for ivonescimab
• Build the U.S. brand plan, including positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy
• Own and drive U.S. launch readiness, including HCP and patient campaigns
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to guide execution and optimize impact
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Oversee investment planning and budget management
• Translate market research and KOL engagement into actionable business opportunities
• Validate brand revenue forecasts and incorporate risk assessments

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in U.S. launch and commercialization of specialty or first-in-class therapies
• Proven track record in Oncology pharmaceutical products, specifically immuno-oncology
• Broad background across solid tumors
• Understanding of U.S. Oncology customer landscape and compliance standards
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and innovative launch approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MS, or PhD
• Oncology lung experience
• Sales experience in addition to marketing
• Global commercial experience
