Vice President, Trade Management Group - Exchange Traded Derivatives

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for BAU escalation, managing intraday trade matching and exception resolution.
• Oversee high-risk events including exercise/assignment, expiries, cash settlements, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade allocation in adherence to exchange deadlines.
• Execute daily regulatory reporting to exchanges, including position reporting and large trader data.
• Participate in BAU projects such as exchange-mandated upgrades, new contract launches, and system migrations.
• Manage local and remote teams, overseeing administrative tasks, KPIs, and risk and control reporting.
• Conduct diligent root cause investigations for trade flow failures and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD).
• Proven management and leadership track record with the ability to lead without micromanagement.
• Solid understanding of key industry futures systems.
• Ability to work Singapore Public holidays and provide coverage for late shifts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OTC Cleared products (e.g., JSCC, LCH, ICE, CME).
• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system migrations.
