About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and govern competitive global compensation, equity, and benefits programs, including base, variable, and sales compensation.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to administer executive compensation programs that drive company performance.
- Drive the adoption of AI and analytics tools to automate compensation analysis, surface pay equity insights, and reduce manual processes.
- Simplify total rewards operations by rationalizing policies and establishing clear governance.
- Prepare and present high-level total rewards strategy, benchmarking, and risk briefings to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in Total Rewards and Executive compensation.
- 7+ years of experience in senior global leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing enterprise compensation and benefits programs for global SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated AI literacy, including the ability to use AI tools to automate HR workflows and evaluate AI vendor risk.
- Proficiency in people analytics, HRIS, and compensation/benefits platforms.
- Experience creating and presenting materials to C-suite executives and Boards.
- Strong track record of managing multi-jurisdictional compliance issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with Workday.
- Experience managing global equity programs and sales compensation structures.
- Experience managing benefits negotiations and renewals.
