Vice President, Thermoplastic Composites

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of the thermoplastic composites business by identifying target adoption opportunities and executing commercial strategies
• Develop investment strategies to build capabilities and support scaling of operations
• Shape and implement business expansion plans to grow revenue from $10MM to $100MM+
• Manage the P&L, including budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing business team
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence aligned with The Re:Build Way

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing industries
• Prior P&L ownership with strong strategic and financial acumen
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and scaling organizations
• Experience commercializing manufacturing offerings or new technologies
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Engineering
• Commercial experience in manufacturing sectors
