About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and articulation of the Retailer Division Mission & Objectives
- Set the operating and strategic vision and direction for the Division
- Develop competitive strategy, sales, and marketing plans to achieve revenue objectives
- Meet or exceed annual revenue growth plans and profitability goals
- Grow market share by leveraging relationships with key accounts and winning new business
- Develop products, promotions, and merchandising materials to drive sales growth
- Identify industry trends and systematically measure customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive experience managing multiple retail locations
- Proven track record in the home building products industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel extensively for staff training, customer visits, and industry events
