Vice President, Talent & Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and execute the enterprise Talent & Performance ecosystem to align workforce capability with long-term business growth.
• Lead the organization’s Skills Intelligence capability, translating emerging skill trends into actionable workforce decisions across hiring and development.
• Establish formal skills governance and integrate intelligence into core talent systems, including workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Design and execute enterprise performance management strategies that integrate business outcomes with leader behaviors and culture expectations.
• Oversee succession planning and internal pipeline development, ensuring measurable readiness for enterprise-critical roles.
• Drive the evolution of AI-enabled and technology-driven talent capabilities to improve the predictive power of workforce decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on talent risks and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, or enterprise HR leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading and executing integrated, enterprise-scale talent systems.
• Deep expertise in skills intelligence, workforce segmentation, and talent assessment methodologies.
• Proven track record in building robust succession plans and internal talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to translate business strategy into actionable workforce decisions.
