About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, govern, and execute the enterprise Talent & Performance ecosystem to align workforce capability with long-term business growth.
- Lead the organization’s Skills Intelligence capability, translating emerging skill trends into actionable workforce decisions across hiring and development.
- Establish formal skills governance and integrate intelligence into core talent systems, including workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Design and execute enterprise performance management strategies that integrate business outcomes with leader behaviors and culture expectations.
- Oversee succession planning and internal pipeline development, ensuring measurable readiness for enterprise-critical roles.
- Drive the evolution of AI-enabled and technology-driven talent capabilities to improve the predictive power of workforce decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on talent risks and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, or enterprise HR leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading and executing integrated, enterprise-scale talent systems.
- Deep expertise in skills intelligence, workforce segmentation, and talent assessment methodologies.
- Proven track record in building robust succession plans and internal talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Experience partnering with senior executives to translate business strategy into actionable workforce decisions.
