Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and workforce transformation.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and Compensation to align hiring initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting across corporate, technical, sales, and leadership functions.
• Optimize recruiting technologies, including ATS and CRM, to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen Acxiom’s market presence and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Manage the Talent Acquisition budget, including agency spend, sourcing tools, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing enterprise-level recruiting strategies.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Talent Acquisition teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruiting budgets and workforce planning.
• Strong expertise in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (Workday preferred).
• Deep understanding of labor market trends and DEI hiring strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the technology, data, marketing, or digital transformation industries.
• Background leading TA transformation initiatives during periods of significant organizational change.
• Experience supporting global or multi-regional hiring strategies.
