Vice President, Systems Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's systems engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Build and lead a high-performing global systems engineering organization
• Lead development of product system architectures for current and future appliance platforms
• Establish robust processes for capturing, decomposing, and managing product requirements
• Lead integration efforts across mechanical, electrical, embedded software, firmware, cloud, connectivity, AI, and user experience domains
• Oversee system-level verification and validation strategies
• Implement technical review processes and engineering gate criteria
• Recruit, develop, and mentor world-class systems engineering talent
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience
• 10+ years leading complex multidisciplinary product development programs
• Significant experience in consumer products, consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, or connected devices
• Proven experience leading large technical organizations and managing senior engineering leaders
• Expertise in Systems architecture, Requirements engineering, and MBSE

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
• Advanced technical or business degree (MBA, PhD)
